How much does the diagnosis cost?
€39, flat. If you go ahead with the repair, that amount comes off the final invoice. If we can't repair the appliance, you don't pay anything.
When can you come?
Same day in most Lisbon neighbourhoods, seven days a week. You'll get an SMS with the technician's name and a live ETA two hours before arrival.
Do you have the parts in the van?
For about 80% of repairs, yes. For the rest, we order the original part and come back — usually within 48 hours. No extra visit charge.
What areas do you cover?
