What a repair costs,
before we arrive.
Diagnosis is €39, deducted from the bill if you go ahead with the repair. Everything else is quoted in writing at your door before we touch the appliance. If the number on paper doesn't match your expectations, you say no — no fee beyond the diagnosis.

What the €39 covers
Travel to your address, a full diagnostic on the appliance, and a written quote for the repair. If you approve the repair, the €39 comes off the total. If we can't find the fault, you don't pay anything — the diagnosis fee is waived.
Common repairs
These are the jobs we do most often. The "from" figure is parts plus labour for a standard appliance, quoted before we start. Manufacturer-specific parts can push the price up — we tell you the exact number on the spot.
Parts, honestly billed
We charge parts at our purchase price plus a small handling fee — never more than 15% on top of the manufacturer's list price. You see the part number on the invoice. If a part costs less than we quoted, we adjust the bill down, not up.
18-month warranty on parts and labour
Every repair carries an 18-month warranty on both the parts we fit and the work we do. If the same fault comes back within that window, we return at our own cost and fix it. The warranty travels with the appliance, not the address — so it stays valid if you move within Portugal.
