Three ways to reach the workshop
The shop sits on Rua da Prata, between Baixa-Chiado and Praça do Comércio. You won't need to come in person for a repair — we come to you — but if you want to drop off a small appliance, here's how to find us.
By metro
Baixa-Chiado station, green or blue line, exit towards Rua da Prata. Three minutes walk. The station has lifts from the platform to street level.
By tram
Tram 28 or 15 to Praça do Comércio, then 4 minutes on foot up Rua da Prata. Both lines run every 8–10 minutes during the day.
By car
Underground parking at Parque do Chiado (2 min walk) or Parque Praça do Comércio. Rua da Prata itself is pedestrian-only during the day.
